Closing of the Genocide Ideology Prevention Week

The governor of Northern Province Mr GATABAZI Jean Marie Vianney, the Executive secretary of the National Unity and Reconciliation Commission Mr Fidele NDAYISABA accompanied by other authorities join UR-CAVM Community to close the week earmarked on Genocide Ideology Prevention and to award the best Higher Learning Institution (HLI) in the campaign for Unity and Reconciliation at Busogo Campus.
After delivering the public talk on 1994 Genocide against Tutsi, SCUR (Student Club for Unity and Reconciliation) with the mandate of promoting Unity and Reconciliation among students here at Busogo and in Rwanda as well present different activities done by the club such as delivering talks on  Ndi Umunyarwanda and Unity and Reconciliation, helping miserable people in Busogo District by providing them some domestic materials, construction for miserable people, buying them insurance , participating in community work like Umuganda and visit memorial site.
After following the presentation and based on different reports of activities that SCUR submitted to the National Unity and Reconciliation Commission on regular basis. The National Unity and Reconciliation Commission declares that SCUR from Busogo Campus scored the first position as the High Learning Institution with more achievements compared to other Higher Learning Institutions.
