Dr. Marie-Francoise MWABONIMANA holds a PhD. in Animal Science from Egerton University, Kenya. She holds MSc. in Preventive Veterinary Medicine (MPVM) from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania and a DVM. (Doctor in Veterinary Medicine) from the National University of Lubumbashi (UNILU), D.R.C./Congo. She is self-motivated with developed team Spirit ; hard-working ; Good leadership spirit and creative. She is a Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Rwanda, College of Agriculture, Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (UR-CAVM). She has published several papers in referred journals and attended diverse scientific conferences and workshops both locally and abroad. She has over 16 years of university teaching experience with research expertise in animal diseases control and zoonotic diseases investigation at animal-human crossing point. Dr. Marie-Francoise Mwabonimana has held several academic positions including the Vice-Dean and Dean at UR-CAVM.
