Alfred R. Bizoza, PhD

Alfred R. BIZOZA is a PhD and an Associate Professor in Agricultural Economics from the University of Rwanda with extensive academic and research experience in areas of Agricultural Economics, Institutional Economics, Economics of Land, and Economics of Climate Change Adaptation.  He has also served as the Director of Research at the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR-Rwanda) during 2014-2017.
