The University of Rwanda (UR) trains and awards degrees but above all cares on what happens next to its alumni after different awards. In addition to formal lectures, we organize coaching and mentorship programs geared to equipping our students with careers and employability skills, linking them with potential employers, and shaping them to become more of job creators than job seekers.
We endeavor to equipping our students with entrepreneurship and creative skills so as to provide the country with a labor force fit for the purpose.
It is in this framework that the University of Rwanda - College of Agriculture, Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine invites the University Community to the Career Day for students, Staff, Alumni and employing organizations under the theme “Innovation and Creativity, the key to Sustained Youth Employability in Agriculture”.
This event is organized in partnership with DOT Rwanda, GIZ YouMatch and other partnering institutions. It is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 28th February, 2018, at UR-CAVM Busogo Campus from 8:30am. to 1:30pm in the College Auditorium and Exhibition Hall.
Come all and take advantage of planned careers and employability talks, exhibitions and experience sharing to inspire new innovations and job creation.
