Unit and Reconciliation are the keys and pillars to sustainable and continuous development that the Rwandan society is experiencing. From 1st to 7th October every year, the Rwandan society organizes Unit and reconciliation week. UR-CAVM –Busogo campus has decided to organize the week for unit and reconciliation week from 15th to 22nd November due to the fact that the national Unit and Reconciliation Week was organized when students were on holidays.
During the opening day of UR-CAVM-Busogo campus Unity and Reconciliation week, the Governor of the Northern Province who was the guest of honor reminded the audience that Unity that Rwandans are enjoying now was achieved through sacrifice and therefore we need to hold on our Unity as Rwandans.
“Our country has a sad history but Rwandan have liberated themselves, we are building our own brighter future. Unity and Reconciliation are the keys and pillars to our sustainable development. As Rwandans we have to put away everything that intends to divide us, division brings only weakness and misery to the society but Unit makes us a strong nation” said the Governor.
